1. Point it at your project

tachyon ~/your-project

2. See what actually changed

Pick a worktree or branch. Tachyon lays out the changed files and the diff that matters — unified or split, with per-file +/− badges.

3. Review with confidence

• Trace definitions with F12, references with Shift+F12
• Walk each change top to bottom, or flip on Show All Changes
• Mark the exact file versions you have reviewed — marks go stale the moment either side moves

Try it: Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+G opens a file, Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R marks it reviewed.
